Can I disable or rename the 'Home' tab?

Can I disable or rename the 'Home' tab?

How can I edit 'Home' in modules?  I can edit the others.  I would like to make the 'ToDo' module the landing page after sign in.  Is that possible?

I am setting the system up before the rest of my team uses it, and I just feel that the 'Home' area is confusing for new users that only need certain functions.
