Can I parse a resume by sending it to a specific email address?

I have to say... I really like the parsing tool with Zoho Recruit. It's one of the most accurate resume parsing tools I've used. I do have two questions:

Is there a way to set Zoho Recruit to always parse resumes in USA format?
I've used other applicant tracking systems where I could email a resume to a specific email address, and the ATS would automatically parse the resume. Does Zoho offer this functionality?
