Can I prefill answers in a zoho form from the CRM?
We send a welcome email to all customers with a form link asking them to update all of the information.
Is it possible to prefill the information we have so they only have to complete the empty fields?
And also be able to verify existing information and update if needed?
Currently we send them to the form and tell them to type their account name exactly how we have it in zoho, but that might change if the sales agent keys the name one way sends out the welcome email then the support tech finds a typo and corrects it.
And also, I would like the customer to be able to edit their account name if we have it misspelled they cant do that if they have to type it the way we have it.
Is this possible?
