Can I restrict technicians to only certain computers?

Can I restrict technicians to only certain computers?

We are considering switching from LogMeIn to Zoho.  So far everything seems great.  One issue we are having though is I cannot figure out how to restrict technicians so they can only connect to certain computers.   We will eventually have around 500 machines in Zoho, and we want some techs to have access to all of them.  We would also seperately like to have other techs be able to log in  but only see one or two computers, is this possible?  I can add techs to different departments but I cannot figure out how to add computers to the new departments only techs?
