When adding a domain, I am getting an error:

• "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported."

but I found that this error message is misleading and actually (from previous experience with previous clients) it should state, that the setup process with that domain has been started in another account a bit earlier.

The problem is that, my remote clients are absolutelly not "computer savvy" users in a terrible way and they are claiming that they never tried to create account and add domain to ZOHO themselves, but knowing that they are clicking everywhere accidentely and not reading what they are clicking on - I think, it's them (or anybody else from the past).

So. I am stuck.

I control DNS records of the mentioned domains - I need to be able to add and verify these domains to the accounts I have had setup:
