I am trying to verify my domain and using ZOHO business Mail service.

But unfortunately, when I tried to login the zoho mail ( https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do#), I have been notified that I need to verify my domain.

so I click the button of verification, but the next page （ https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/verify.do?dname=ptafs.co.id) is black and can not be open.

so What shall I do then?
