Can send but can't receive emails
Hi Zoho
I need your help urgently.
Firstly we recived a message about one of our colleagues getting blocked on his account. I'm not to sure if this is related to not recieving emails or not.
However now our main issue is that we can't recieve any emails at all. We recieved a message about MX records and anyone sending message to our acc recieve this message. I have blocked out contact details for obvious reasons.
