Hello,

I have had a few separate occasions in the last few days where a client or otherwise is trying to reach me and stated they sent me an email (or several). When I go into my inbox, I do not see any of their emails, even in the Spam folder. Some of these emails are very important and I need the contents within them. Where are they going? Is there anything I can do to fix this ASAP?
