Can send mail but can't receive, I don't know what's the error

I've successfully setup zoho mail for my domain innovativemate.com and created ids for my developers.

But there's an issue that I can't receive mail from outer id but I get mail from my internal id like ' info@innovativemate.com'

Although I can send mails to outer id like test@gmail.com but can't receive from them.

Hope it makes some sence about the problem.

Can you please help me to solve this out ?
