Can't Access Domain Manager - Was Told By Registrar That Zoho Is Responsible

I've had a ton of problems with Zoho since using it for three different sites/CRMS/mail. I had to migrate two of my personal services away because it is so frustrating and the support is dismal. Unfortunately, I had already set up my third and last site with Zoho before I moved the other two. I was going to stay with Zoho until my domain was ready to be renewed, but I can't wait that long. For clarification, this site is not solely mine. I set it up for the company that I work for, so I have less liberties when it comes to pulling the plug. I registered the domain through GoDaddy because my boss' other domains were also parked there. I logged into Zoho today to view the DNS info. In the domain information section through mail, I am prompted to click a link to view the domain manager info. Each time I click on that, I am sent to a log in page for Wild West Domains (a subsidiary of GoDaddy). However, none of my log in credentials will work there. I then log in to GoDaddy and there is 0 information under domains. I called GoDaddy and they said that Zoho does not let them aide in domain inquiries even though the domain is registered through one of GoDaddy's companies. They've told me that I just have to call Zoho and work it out with them. However, it is dreadful to get a hold of someone with Zoho. I'm still waiting on replies. Even then, I'm unsure of how I'm going to be able to manage my domain when Zoho isn't the register yet they "handle" all of their domain issues.

Does anyone know how to transfer their domain out of Zoho even if they don't have personal access to the domain manager info? Does Zoho just do it on the back end?
