Can't add zoho CRM user to list of email users

Can't add zoho CRM user to list of email users

He has been in zoho mail for the past 2 years but has suddenly disappeared off the user list.  When I try to add him again it says that 'he has already been invited' but he isn't on the list of pending invitations and he hasn't received anything into his inbox.  Help please.  I've been trying to get someone from zoho to respond for the past 2 days on this.
