Can't create account - says account already created
I am trying to set up a new users for myself in Zoho and when I try to do so it say account already exists. But it doesn't. I created the original account with for example
info@mydomain.com but entered my actual name under first and last name. Now I'm trying to make an account for my first name but it won't let me. I went back in to the info@ account and changed the name associated with it thinking this would work but it was a no go.
How do I fix it?
Frustrating experience so far.
