Can't create an email account because Zoho thinks it already exists

Hi, everybody! Big trouble here!

I'm trying to create an user account for my domain, but i've made a mistake when i first entered the website (i've typed the email i wanted to exist at the sign up screen). And then, zoho sent the confirmation email to an account that does not exist.

Well, i've managed to create another account using the domain i want... but when i try to insert that one (and most important user), zoho says no.

And when i type this one account at the sign in screen, it says that the account is inactive.

What can I do? Help!!!
