Can't create an specific email address after have deleted it

Can't create an specific email address after have deleted it

I had the email address presidente@ispobrasil.org at my GoDaddy hosting, but it was not working well. I deleted the email there and created an account on Zoho. Now I can create any email address with my domain perfectly except  presidente@ispobrasil.org
I don't know  what I have to do. Anyone have a clue?
