Can't create another mailbox - purchased 1GB and can't assign it to 2nd account

Hi,

I have a Zoho mail account and purchased 20GB for my the first address.

I added a 2nd email address @mydomain.com, and Zoho said I needed to buy another mailbox.

I went the Subscriptions tab, and purchased 1GB but can't assigned it to my account.

How can I do this?
