1) I can't find a way to re-scan a barcode for google authenticator, since I had to wipe my phone.

2) So I tried to disable two step authentication, but it keeps asking me for a code, which I can't get, and have used 3 of my 5 backup codes, which I can't regenerate.

So, soon I'll be locked out of my account. Any suggestions besides switching mail hosts?
