Can't get IMAP working for paid Zoho email account

Hi,

I just purchased a Zoho mail basic subscription. However, I don't seem to be able to use IMAP.

I can access it in my admin control panel for my email. But when I go my email settings, I see the message:

"This feature is available exclusively with the paid plans. Learn More."

I need IMAP as I use Outlook and other email clients. Could you please let me know what I need to do to activate IMAP for my domain.
