can't open sheet file

I have a few spreadsheets in Zoho and they are all opening except for one of them. For that one, the file can be exported, so I have the data. But I am collaborating with another person on this particular sheet. When I try to open the file (Firefox, in WinXP or PCLinuxOS or Ubuntu) the file just loads forever, and it's not that big. The name will show up in a Firefox tab, the file name will appear next to the new file feature in the toolbar. The file will not open through zoho sheet or through docs.zoho.com. It seems to get stuck on row 1 and the spinning circle of arrows just spins and spins.
