can't print spreadsheet from Zoho Sheet

can't print spreadsheet from Zoho Sheet

Hello,

I can't either print or download spreadsheet which I upload on my own. When I'm trying to download it, I get attached error message.
And options "Print..." and "Export as" are greyed out in menu.
Does it depend on my organization settings? Where administrator can change it?
I actually don't have access to my documents, only view.
