Can't recreate mail address. Mail ID already exists.

Can't recreate mail address. Mail ID already exists.

Hello,
I deleted an account in Control Panel. After that I cannot reuse mail address. When I try to add it to another account, I receive message: "Email ID already exists".
Please, advice me how to solve this problem.
