can't register domains "operation restricted"
I'm in the process of evaluating zoho mail for a possible migration. your system no longer allows me to add domains. it says:

This Operation has been restricted. Please contact
support@zohomail.com for further details
"
I've also been sitting on hold with your phone support, which has been telling me I'm caller 1 for the past 10 minutes. no one is answering. the annoying hold recording has stopped playing. should I hang up now??
I must say that right now I'm unimpressed with both your product and customer support.
can you please fix the problem?
also I'd like to understand what went wrong, and whether you can prevent this problem in the future.
