Can't view Custom controls placed in Other or new section

Can't view Custom controls placed in Other or new section

When I customize a job opening and place a control in the ":Other" section or a new section, the new control does not show in view or edit mode. It will only appear in if I put in the first 2 sections. It looks like the "Other" and custom sections are not viewable. I looked for a configuration switch to make section viewable and did not find one. I think this a bug.
