Can The Default "From" Address Be Set To Blank? Or Otherwise Force The User To Choose A Sending Email Each Time?

New to Zoho (about a week now).  Very much liking Zoho so far. 

I do have one minor issue I've not been able to sort out on my own.  I've already had trouble remembering to choose the correct From address when sending emails from one of my aliases.

I'd like the ability to set the default From address to be blank so that I am forced to choose a sending address each time.  Is there a way to do that?  If not, is there another solution?

For the time being, I've set a default from address to be DON'T SEND!!! <donotsend@mydomain>  This helps draw attention to it but I still managed to send one email from that default address that I intended to send from another alias.  The Android app is particularly problematic because it doesn't show the name part of that default address (the DON'T SEND!!! part).  It only shows the actually email address of donotsend@mydomain
