Can the quadrant Analysis function that has been created for Zoho CRM be used in Zoho Analytics?

Can the quadrant Analysis function that has been created for Zoho CRM be used in Zoho Analytics?

 I am wanting to create a dashboard on our website which will show a bar chat based on some Zoho Survey information, I then want a quadrant to be shown when the user selects one of the bar chart bars. Is this functionality available?
