As a CA firm working with a diverse clientele, there are instances when a manager must access their subordinate's email account, particularly during their leave of absence. This feature, which is available in GoDaddy email, seems to be missing in Zoho. We've already lodged a complaint and raised this issue in Zoho Meet, but regrettably, the feature has not been provided by Zoho thus far.

We kindly request Zoho's assistance in addressing this critical need. The ability for administrators to access subordinate email inboxes, especially during their absence, would greatly enhance our workflow and ensure seamless communication within our organization.
