Can we set the role when we add the user to the system without having to do it as an import?

Can we set the role when we add the user to the system without having to do it as an import?

When inviting a new user we can add Employee ID, Name, and Email. But we cannot set their Role. It doesn't let us set their role until they accept the invitation, then we have to remember to go back and do it.

Is there a way to set the role during the initial invite?
