Can ZOHO docs function as a cloud server with mapped drive on my computer
Can Zoho:
- Function as an office server with our own tree of file organization that people from multiple locations use to store all company related files.
- Be setup as a mapped drive inside my PC with INSTANT access to the files - i.e. do NOT need to first download a file to work on it.
- All folders and files I select long term one time (not each session) to be resident on my laptop can be worked on OFFLINE, other files not selected can only be access when online by downloading these non-synced files.
- Auto sync the files when connected to the Internet
- Open a file in my synced group (most of the files on the server) and work on it without thought as to whether it is online or offline since it will auto sync.
- Basically - can it function as if it were a normal server physically in my own office mapped as a lettered drive in file explorer, where i click on files and they instantly open.
I appreciate your feedback. I'm trying to decide between Zoho Docs, Sync and Altassian Confluence.
