Can Zoho forms give suggestions based on the user's response from contact details in Zoho Desk?
We are interested in using Zoho forms to create new tickets in Zoho desk to keep track of customer issues.
I notice Zoho form fields can be linked to the contact details of the ticket it will create in Zoho desk. However, we would like Zoho forms to give suggestions for contacts that already exist based on what the user is filling in as their answer. For example, if the user is filling out "Customer Name", and they begin writing "Mary", they receive as suggestions the names of existing contacts in Zoho desk (Mary White, Mary M. Smith, etc.).
Otherwise, typos will cause many duplicate contacts being created.
