Yesterday I paid for the Zoho email subscription. Within a few minutes, I realized that the subscription counts one email ID as one user. To make another email ID for the same domain name, I'd have to pay for another user. I emailed right away to the Pre-sales, Sales and Support asking them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. Sadly, there has been no response from Zoho. Not even an automated email confirming that they've received my cancellation request.
Therefore, I'm asking the same question here. Could you please let me know how can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
