Candidate import from document (Word/PDF)

Hi I'm currently using the free version of Zoho Recruit but I'm thinking of switching to the paid one. What's keeping me back is that for us importing candidates from documents (using Rchilli) is supposed to be a mayor time saver. The problem is that it just isn't. I've tried to import several resumes but not a single one came out even remotely correct. I did choose the correct resume type format (Nederland/Netherlands) but it simply doesn't recognize any of the information. It just puts random stuff in the fields. Ofcourse the first name, last name and email adress of the candidates is present in the resumes.

Is there any way this can be fixed because extracting information from documents (Word/PDF) is really a must have for us.
