Candidate info in XLS does not keep candidate application form format

When I mass download candidate application information into XLS format, the columns in the spreadsheet do not maintain the order of the candidate application form.

Surely, this program should allow for the basic capability of ordering columns from left to right in exactly the order of the application the candidate filled out step by step so that I don't have to cut and paste and order all the columns myself!
