The new candidate portal is great. Really like the feel and look. Should be easier for candidates.
Observations:
- Why are only 10 mandatory fields allowed
- Why are not all the fields an option
- Why can I not move the fields around
- When a person apply for a position, no more email acknowledgment or directing to landing page
- When candidate is editing or updating details, can there be a prompt stating they need to save every page.
- Can a button be inserted where we can alert candidate to update profile
- One cannot invite a candidate to a job as before. One needs to send an email
- When one reject a candidate it does not update on the candidate profile to indicate they have been unsuccesful.
