Candidate search

Hi We have brought Zoho Recruit and are trying to run our whole company through the system but are having a lot of problems and are looking to stop if we cannott fix these issues. When we do a candidate search it then brings up the results which is great. However we want to be able to email and or text only those we select out of the search results but have no way of doing this . When we have the search results up on a screen how can we get the phone number of the candidate to also show up so we don't have to open every candidate when we are in a rush?
