Are there any plans to bring the functionality to Zoho Recruit whereby you can search in both the text of the candidate's resume and also in the selectable fields at the same time?
This is a feature which is available on most ATSs and not having it on Zoho makes it much harder to sort through the candidates.
This omission means that I will have to upgrade to another system one day, whereas, if you had it, you would keep my business ass my team grows.
