Hi, I wondered how many people use Z Recruit to actually submit candidates to clients but also when prospecting out to 'Contacts'.....

We use Z. recruit to send the emails to 'Contacts', however I am trying to streamline and improve our process. At this time we currently run a separate Excel spreadsheet to monitor all the candidates we work with, to calculate CV submission / Interview conversion etc.

Does anyone use Z recruit to fully submit / prospect candidates, and therefore does this enable you to run meaningful reports from the system?

Any ideas would be very welcome.
