Candidates Cannot Sign Up With Agency
I have already called Zoho Support and tried to get it figured out. I was told my question had to be answered by CRM and I would be called back because they were busy. I called early this morning (before 10am) and still have received no response. I am wondering if someone here has a suggestion.
To apply to work for our agency, candidates have to fill out a preliminary application. I had a candidate call this morning and say they were unable to fill out the application because it was missing. So I went to our site on Zoho Recruit and found this error message "???crm.setup.careerwebsite.nocandidateform???"
Until the problem is fixed, potential candidates cannot sign up with our agency unless I do the application over the phone. This is time consuming and impractical. Has anybody figured out a work around?
