Is it possible to allow my candidates through the portal the ability to View documents I associate to their profiles and also download them, for example we provide Medical Insurance and E-tickets to our people when heading to work in USA, be great to attach this to their profile and then allow them view it through their login and download instead of more emails which most 20 yr olds forget where it is when they really need it.
