"Candidates" tab gives unstructured content, and no search tools, when i try to open it

from the dashboard in zoho recruit, when i click on the 'Candidates' tab, i get a new tab as shown in the attached file, rather than the usual more structured page. This phenomenon has been happening to me on my computer only for several months. I've tried everything i can think of to refresh the page, but still no luck. When this happens, all of the content in the original window below the tabs goes blank (white), and there's a spinning disk below that point. I am using firefox 26.0 on Windows 7 Premium with Service Pack 1. Can you advise? Thank you.
