Cannot add clients and candidates + REFUNDATION request

I cannot add new clients or candidates. I fill in the candidate/client form but when I click on save or save and new, the buttons will go gray and nothing is happening. I really need to solve this along with issue no. ##7939053##. Since both errors are prevent us from using your recruit CRM, I FORMALLY CLAIM REFUNDING OF THIS MONT'S FEE.
