I have an active Zoho account which is using the sites service with an external domain. Now I would like to add the mail service but have not been able to do so.

If I use the link Mail Suite in the Account>Zoho Services section I get directed to this address https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do which does not load anything.

If I go direct to https://www.zoho.com/mail/ and try to log in I get the message saying account is disabled.

What am I missing?
