Hello, we were trying to add a new user to our account. We accidentally created a brand new account with the e-mail we wanted, which is not what we wanted to do. We tried to add the e-mail address to our main account and it said the e-mail already exists and cannot be added to our domain (because we just accidentally created a new account using that e-mail). So we need to delete the account so we can add it to our main account. Now it won't let us log in to delete it, because it says we need to verify the e-mail..... which I cannot access because it won't let us in.
I don't see a way of correcting this without help from support. I called on Monday and stayed on hold for 30 minutes before leaving a voice mail. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back.
Any help or advice here is greatly appreciated.
