We are looking to publizh our Zoho Sites to our customer owned domain. I've made all the necessary changes in the DNS manager (GoDaddy) over 12 hours ago (I realize it can take up to 48 hours).
However, when I go to add users to the Zoho Mail for our staff, they are sent an email to verify who they are. (current users of Zoho CRM, etc). However, we don't receive those emails, so we can't confirm that we are users.
Is there a way to manually force user approval, or manually input users into the mail system. We need to do this before we can make the changes to the MX records at our domain.
Help please.
