Cannot authenticate to my custom domain mail from ANY mail client. Web client works.

Cannot authenticate to my custom domain mail from ANY mail client. Web client works.

I tried both Mailbird and Outlook, both complain about authentication.

It was working fine, then just stopped a few months ago. I did not make any changes.

Can someone advise on how to resolve this?
