Cannot change default mail id and account
Hi,
I am evaluating Zoho for my company and during the initial setup, I've done a mistake. I've set the email account id to
nikolett.dk@norcaart.com. Please note that during my domain setup, I wasn't able to go back in the process and change that.
After the setup was done, I navigated to
Zoho Accounts, registered a new primary email (
kataik@norcaart.com) and tried to delete
nikolett.dk@norcaart.com, which has became secondary. Unfortunately I get an error message:
Please contact your Organization administrator
kataik@norcaart.com, to delete your email address.
I thought I should go to the
Control Panel at
mailadmin.zoho.com and try to change it there. Unfortunately my mailbox address is still set to
nikolett.dk@norcaart.com
and the same goes for my mail settings:
Could you please point me the right direction?
