Cannot create domain based email account

Cannot create domain based email account

Hi,

I've added the domain quivit.nl to Zoho mail and now I want to create a domain based email acount. When I open up Zoho Mail it redirects to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do. When I'm choosing to create a domain based email account and enter the text and then push the proceed button, nothing happens. Can someone please resolve this?
