The download speed is very slow, and it will restart to download again upon completion. 

The file download will keep looping, restarting until it becomes erro and stops.

I tried to clear browser cache, restart browser, restart komputer, nothing works. 

I don't have this problem with my Gmail, Hotmail, on the same computer.
