I have Outlook configured as a POP3 client.
While away from home, I sent some emails from my phone email program, which is configured as an IMAP client. To make sure that they did not get lost, I moved them to the folder 'Save' and marked them all as unread. I can see all seven messages in this folder from both the Zoho web client and my phone client.
In order to move these message to Outlook, I moved them to the Inbox folder. However:
- Once I did this, when using the Zoho web client, only one messages appears in the Inbox folder; however, all seven appear from the phone client.
- When I force Outlook to get message from Zoho, these messages are not downloaded.
Can you please suggest how I can download these messages to Outlook? I did try creating an IMPA account in Outlook, but was unable to get that new account to sync with the Save folder.
