We are using an ecommerce website and they send the email on our behalf to customer. The customer can receive email notification (as per picture below), but we cannot on our end.
I have checked the mail log and tried to save the domain in the white-list but the email still fails to be received (as per attached log). Can you please check and let me know if there is any settings I need to turn on so we can receive the email?
