Cannot unblock the account

Good day.

Our account info @ mint . ae is blocked for exceeding the mailbox limit size. Even after some emails was deleted through Web access and mailbox size is under the limit I still cannot unblock it via admin console as I receive ea message that action is permitted only for paid users.

I attempted to refresh the mailbox size and activate it via Troubleshoot menu, but it haven't helped either.
