cant add user

when i try to add the user migueln@greenshieldtech.com instead of creating the user it is sent to the invitation list, i deleted the invite and re-created the user and the same thing happened. Finally I tried logging into the users email from goddady as we have not yet migrated the emails over and when the user clicks on the invite he is asked to enter the password, when entering the password we get notice that the password is incorrect.
